I was informed that was the problem, but, the real problem is that we had an employee who was stealing from us. And it turns out you were not the only customer involved. The ex-employee has been turned over to the authorities, along with all the orders, faxes, forms, any and all paperwork were turned over to the authorities. Now I don’t understand any of this! It somehow don’t match up
1.My bank received the charge on my credit card at the 01.15-2006
2.1 of the charges (492,77) are a exact match to the charge of a order placed at your shop on the 10-02-2005
3.The other 3 charges (477.77$) are similar to order placed on the 2-4-2005 of a value of 277,77, just added 200$ = 477.77$
4.From your International Shipping Policy:

I have at not at any time made an approval of that shipment / order!
5.- i would expect that you at this time had faxed or e-mailed me a copy of the order that you said i have faxed to your shop,
- a fax rapport that shows the time, date the Fax number that it was sent from
- a track & trace number at FedEx.
- the address to where the items are sendt
(If i had made that order, i would not had used this much time and effort writing back and forward)
Also bare in mind that if someone els are using my credit card number, i would like to know about it
